At Reading Partners we support students’ social-emotional learning (SEL) and growth throughout their tutoring and specifically through specially designed social-emotional learning lessons.
This training gives an overview of Reading Partners Connects online social-emotional learning lessons which are distributed throughout each curriculum level. In this sample lesson we’ll explore an SEL lesson which focuses on the skill of having a growth mindset.
All resources, videos, and curriculum materials included on the Resource Hub were created to educate and inform volunteers and caregivers. Materials are meant to be used for training purposes, enabling individuals to provide the best possible support to students who are learning to read.
